Our Scallops are landed daily on Islay. They are cleaned and refrigerated in our small factory here close by the pier and sent out on a daily basis.

We can supply dry or soaked as required.

Scallops are packaged in 2kg tubs with 12 or 4 tubs to a case.

Quality is top class and everything is fresh. The shellfish are packed and transported in our specially adapted vivier lorry. The lorry has aerated tanks and all our shellfish are transported and sold live.
